From order to comfort, no clinic visit
Getting your orthotics renewed should be simple. Here is the whole process.

Choose how many pairs you are sending and complete checkout. We provide a prepaid shipping label.

Send or scan
Ship your orthotics with our label, or use the guided phone scan if you are ordering a new pair.

Receive and wear
We inspect every pair before refurbishment to make sure the underlying orthotic is suitable for renewal, then rebuild and return them with tracking.

If the underlying orthotic is still in good condition, worn coverings and cushioning don’t necessarily mean the entire device needs to be replaced.
